Globe FC in Hamilton and Stoney Creek is looking for motivated, outgoing and enthusiastic Summer Camp Counselors that are engaging and high energy for our Full Day Summer Camp for children 4-11. Camp. Duration July 4-Aug 25, 2023
Globe FC has 3 Summer Camp locations providing a fun and recreation based soccer camp to children 4-11 years old. Our campers experience a variety of games and activities, including team games and soccer related activities and daily afternoon swims. Campers are registered by week to our camps and our camps run from 8am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Camp Counsellors should feel comfortable working with children aged 4-11. Previous or current experience teaching and/or coaching is an asset, however not mandatory. Training will be provided to successful applicants prior to start of 2023 Summer Camp.
All applicants must:
- Be available and wanting to work for all 8 weeks of summer camp
- Be able to enter the swimming pool shallow-end everyday with the campers
- Be motivated and have high energy throughout the day
- Follow curriculum as well as create new games for campers on a daily basis
- Be willing and able to maintain a high energy for the full 8hr duration of work
