Patient Transport Services is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in a dynamic work environment.

The successful applicant must possess 1 year of paramedic experience, but 2 years is preferred. Further requirements include experience in training staff and management experience. Both excellent communication skills and computer literacy will be strong skills for the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance, mentoring and support to employees to achieve employee goals
• Ensure awareness of all new and existing policy and procedures and monitor compliance
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with employees and fellow Leadership
• Support, train and assist staff as necessary
• Document all relevant information and communicate within proper internal systems

Documents and certificates required for employment:

• Clear Criminal Record (Child Abuse Check, Adult Check & Vulnerable)
• Class 4F Drivers License (& Drivers Abstract)
• PCP
• Basic Life Support
• Medical Clearance
