Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, All Weather Windows Ltd. (AWW) is a dynamic leader in the window and door industry in Canada. Operations include two manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Customer Solution Centres located in Langley, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg.

We are currently recruiting for a Swamper to join our Edmonton Shipping team. This position is scheduled on our A shift which is 7am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Load and strap product on to truck according to sequence report.
• Scan product into system.
• Navigation of transportation routes to deliver product within city location or region.
• Locate address and assist in reading maps and/or GPS systems, choosing the best route for delivery.
• Provide assistance to the driver in backing up and unloading truck.
• Review the packing slops to ensure product is at correct customer site, advising driver of problems.
• Assist in customer inquiries or concerns as directed by driver.
• Provide general maintenance to vehicle as required.
• Physically move product on/off truck to customer requested location on job site.

Primary Qualifications Required:

• Good communication skills
• Able to read and follow maps
• Good area knowledge of the city
• Able to follow directions
• Strong work ethic and physically fit
• Ability to lift 100lbs
• Must pass pre-employment Physical Testing
