The Opportunity:

Cinchy is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to work alongside the sales team in new customer acquisition and account management. This person will need an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong ability to foster and build long-term relationships, alongside a passion for solving data related business problems.

You will get data, technology, and people. That means you understand the value of data to the consumer, and can design and build technology to extract and deliver that value. You actively listen, and find the underlying problems behind the symptoms the stakeholders discuss. Your approach to data and solution architecture is rooted in a firm grasp of the underlying technical details.

What You'll Be Doing:

Creating long term partnerships with clients to ensure the maximum return on their investment. Performing discovery calls with prospective clients alongside other members of both the new logo sales team and account managers. Creating a consultative network within client accounts with stakeholders at all levels. Effectively demonstrating to the client product fit through presentations and demos. Working with existing accounts to ensure they get full value from our clients offering. Adding value as a subject matter expert for best practices within accounts. Acting as an on demand data strategist. Keeping client accounts updated on new features and usage patterns. Working with large scale enterprise accounts with data challenges to be addressed by our client accounts avoid the pitfalls that come with large scale data projects, as solved by or clients solution.

What You'll Need To Be Successful:

A knowledge of the value of data to our client’s end customer. Experience with data project management. An understanding of the stakeholders involved in a complex data project. Experience of the implementation of a new technology or app integration, preferably to large organizations. Cloud Architecture understanding. A solid understanding of SQL.Conversant in a data related programming language. Knowledge of the application of API’s to data management projects.
