What You’ll Do

As the Tool Room Operator (Weekend Dau Shift 6:00am to 6:00pm), you are a key team member in producing tooling in accordance with the work order drawing specifications, making certain that inventories meet the expectation of our tool room requirements and ensuring production targets are met.

At a High-level, your day-to-day will include:

• Set up and operate both grinders according to manufacturers’ specifications
• Keep tool room and common areas clean and organized at all times
• Perform quality checks as per department requirements
• Engage in support of Safety, Continuous Improvement.
• Understanding of production scheduling system
• Ensure that all tooling, is ready to meet production runs
• Ability to produce tooling in accordance to the work order drawing specifications

Who You Are

During the training and onboarding process, you must be available during the following weekday shifts:

• Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Demonstrate superior problem solving / troubleshooting capabilities
• Are able to perform physically demanding work

It would be an added bonus if you have:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacuturing in an operating role
