Role: Training Consultant (2 positions)
Contract duration: 4-month contract with four optional two-month extensions
Role location: Manitoba
Rate: $60-$90/hour
Summary of Role:
We require two (2) Training Consultants to provide on-site support to ongoing training team initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
- Education in a training field with 5-7 years experience or education and training in a technical field with 7-10 years of direct training analysis and development experience as described above.
Experience
- Extensive experience performing training needs analysis using a Systematic Approach to Training or similar process such as ADDIE.
- Extensive experience using the results of the training analysis to develop position-specific training objectives and training materials.
- Ability to write training plans and define curricula based on training analysis results.
- Experience in the analysis and development of training in a technical field is preferred. (This will cut down on the need for SME time).
- Experienced in the implementation of SAT/ADDIE in a highly regulated environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: $60.00-$90.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
