What you will do:
- Use your travel passion and knowledge to sell products and destinations your clients require or express interest in.
- Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Preparing and processing itineraries with the assistance of our automated templates.
- Relationship building & selling and supporting clients.
- Process payments and provide clients with the necessary documentation, such as travel itineraries and ticket
- Manage client bookings and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their travel arrangements
What you offer:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a travel agent/consultant role with specific corporate travel experience.
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated strong verbal communication skills, professional phone voice
- Passion for travel / well-travelled globally
