Mercer's Digital Solutions practice team is seeking a Workday Certified Consultant in Advanced Compensation, Talent, Leaning and/or Recruiting in any Canada location where Mercer operates.

We will count on you to:

• Lead Workday Talent Optimization implementations with Medium and Large Enterprise clients

• Lead design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions

• Actively lead all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design phases, through testing and deployment

• Translate business requirements into Talent configuration

• Provide guidance and direction to clients during various testing cycles of prototypes

• Mentor / coach new and less-experienced consultants

• Continue to learn and develop as a consultant and Workday practitioner and share your knowledge with the team

We would like you to have:

• Workday Talent Certification

• Hands-on experience on multiple Workday Talent implementations

• 3+ years of functional Workday implementation experience as a certified consultant with a Workday partner

• Ability to successfully participate in client-facing situations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Workday Certified in Advanced Compensation, Talent, Leaning and/or Recruiting is a plus
