A Chef De Partie is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in a their section and directly reporting to the Senior Team.

We are currently seeking Chef de Parties for our two hat venue.

This role offers you:
-Access to pool and sauna. Great for breaks on a hot day.
-Unique opportunities to learn about Australian produce/suppliers.
-Expanding restaurant group with lots of room for growth and promotion.
-5 Days a week

Full Time Position
You must have the following attributes:
Suitable qualifications and have had at least 2/3 years post apprenticeship experience, references will be contacted;
Experience training staff and apprentices;
Be efficient;
Strong dedication to your craft;
Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and can work as part of a team. Able to troubleshoot and adapt;
Monitoring equipment to ensure quality of production;
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards;
Day, Evening and Weekend work required.

This is a full-time position and requires a good deal of dedication.
