360 Staffing Consultant Responsibilities
- You’re a storyteller, making a compelling case for why someone should be interested in your job and why a client should hire your candidate
- You’re a hunter, targeting various industries and seeking new clients to grow the business
- You’re a relationship builder, starting meaningful conversations with people to uncover their true passions and talents
- You’re a community builder, positioning yourself as the hiring expert on social media
- You’re a detective, mining all available platforms and trying new ways of sourcing the right person for your role
360 Staffing Consultant Qualifications
- Previous experience working with full cycle recruitment at a staffing agency
- Proven experience with inside and outside sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset: someone who is accountable & curious
- KPI driven: someone who understands that there can be a formula to success
- Growth mindset: someone who wants to grow alongside us
Employment Details
- Salary: $65,000- $70,000 + commission package, uncapped for permanent
- Benefits: Health, dental, RRSP matching etc.
