Our client grows relationships and raises funds for progressive organizations through strategic & effective fundraising, stewardship, and lead generation programs. Our client partners with more than 20 Canadian charities to design and deliver over 200 campaigns a year across multiple channels including telephone, digital, direct mail, and mobile.
Your role will be critical for managing client relationships, developing & analyzing annual programs, leading Coordinators in project managing / delivering effective fundraising campaigns, and driving business development with existing clients.

What you’ll do:
- Manage a portfolio of 3-4 clients, including serving as their main point of contact; developing their annual fundraising plan; and overseeing the delivery of their programs.
- Lead a pod of 2-3 Project & Data Coordinators to plan, deliver, and analyze your clients’ campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members across the organization to ensure high level campaign performance and client satisfaction.
- Deliver exemplary client servicing, by building trusting relationships; responding to queries in a timely manner; preventing and resolving issues; sharing industry insights & identifying opportunities for growth/improvement.
- Identify and plan opportunities to improve and expand client programs.
- 2+ years of project / relationship management experience, preferably in an agency or other dynamic environment.
- Knowledgeable about nonprofit fundraising / direct marketing techniques, such as segmentation, targeting, channel integration, testing, and analytics.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative.
- An excellent communicator, verbally and in writing (English is a must, French is an asset).
- Capable of reading, analyzing, and communicating with data (using Microsoft Excel)
- Effective at delegation, motivating others, and providing feedback.
- Competitive base salary, based on experience.
