Prepararing data for analysis by management team mainly through the application of Microsoft Excel. In addition, they will be assisting with verification and updating process flow documentation. Other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Skills:

• Excellent demonstrated computer literacy in Microsoft Excel. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office: Word, Outlook, Power Point.
• Familiar with pertinent accounting legislation, regulations and generally accepted accounting practices.
• Ability to work independently.
• Analytical skills with ability to investigate deeper into program information.
• Pleasant, courteous and professional manner and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task while remaining organized and assisting others to be organized within that team environment.
• Excellent documentation and time management skills, with the ability to problem-solve issues.
• Ability to understand complex, multi-step written and oral instructions.
• Flexibility is required to work with others in a wide variety of circumstances; flexibility and adaptability working with data utilizing defined but different processes, including strong audit capabilities.
• Demonstrated high attention to detail.
• Numeric data entry speed and accuracy including ability to perform basic math skills.
