The Executive Council Office is the centre of excellence for the Government of Yukon. We are leaders in the modernization of government standards and processes. The Yukon Water Board Secretariat is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who approaches problem solving collaboratively, respects diverse perspectives and demonstrates commitment to professionalism through leadership, dedication, and integrity.

As a key player within the Yukon Water Board Secretariat, you will demonstrate a high level of tact and diplomacy and commitment to customer service. Your excellent attention to detail and organizational skills will assist you when providing support services, research assistance, records management (both paper and electronic) and other services to the Director of the Secretariat and branch staff.

  • Coursework in office administration or related field
  • Experience providing a wide variety of administrative support services, including reception duties and processing financial transactions
  • Experience providing secretarial support including ensuring compliance with administrative policies and taking /transcribing minutes for meetings
  • Experience maintaining paper and electronic filing systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Web-based software

Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
