We are looking for a conscientious, energetic person to join North Star Ford as a Service Advisor / Writer at our Cochrane location!

The Service Advisor is the primary contact for our customers and they make sure every customer is provided with the best service experience from start to finish every visit! The Service Advisor will be responsible for scheduling automotive service work for the service department and selling recommended or required services to customers

Hours: Monday to Friday rotation between the hours of 6:00am - 6:00pm, NO Nights, NO Weekends!

Pay: 60K to 85K per year

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years’ working experience in a customer service or sales position.

· Previous automotive or equipment dealership experience is an asset.

· Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.

· Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.

· Must have valid driver’s license and the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
