We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

In this position, you will be responsible for obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information and initiating and/or implementing corrective action as needed to ensure an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Some of the things you will do in this position:

· Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers using the organization’s internal CRM/ERP systems and customer purchase orders

· Respond to customers inquiries regarding quotes and orders

· Communicate pricing and delivery information as requested

· Access the company’s ERP system to obtain and extract order information (backorder status, tracking numbers, delivery dates, lead times, etc.)

· Provide product information, including any product substitutions, technical assistance, and broad service support

· Enter customer issues, authorize product returns, describe circumstances and rationale for return on Return Authorization records

What you will need to be successful in this position:

· High school diploma / post-secondary diploma, degree or certificate in the sciences would be an asset

· Fluent in French and English – oral and written

· Customer service experience

· Solid customer service skills: professional telephone etiquette, aptitude for calming upset customers and building long-term positive customer relationships.

· Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), internet searches

· Detail oriented and organized

· Ability to multitask and work well under pressure with minimal supervision

· Solid listening skills and logical thinking patterns

· Experience working remotely would be an asset

· Reliable High Speed Internet connection from a tier one Internet Service Provider such as Bell, Rogers, Telus, Videotron with minimum 100 mbps download, 15mpbs upload speed

· Home office with a private room suitable for customer service phone calls, desk with minimum 48” x 30” dimensions, reliable LAN internet connection, WiFi wireless AC or wired with Cat 5E minimum
