Job Title: Branch Admin/Sales Coordinator
Job Type: Permanent-Full Time
REPORTING TO: Regional Sales Manager
BRANCH: Swift Current SK
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Complete Delivery Pickup Orders in order to track and transfer equipment
- Work and assist finance and equipment auditors in locating equipment.
- Complete all incoming and outgoing rental inspections
- Inventory tracking and processing quotes for salesman
- Process all rental, sales, and demo agreements done by the sales reps
- Freight recovery
- Yard and showroom maintenance
- External reception duties (including greeting customers and directing calls)
- Basic accounting (AR / AP) support
- Internal Customer Service
- Provide administrative support directly to branch managers
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Employee must adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety Standards. The company is committed to the protection and wellness of its employees
Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the agriculture or construction equipment industry is an asset
- Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
- Excellent personal and organizational skills
