  Understand business requirements, translate them into functional specifications and take high-level requirements to a greater level of detail

  Ability to navigate and drive consensus across an organization’s executive, technical, and end-user teams

  Developing knowledge in a business and/or industry domain or package solution

  Understands and anticipates business priorities and aligns system implementation teams to business priorities

  Support, lead, and influence customers/suppliers and industry at senior management level to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings

  Proven ability to foster business growth through the enhancement o• Plans, coaches, and mentors a team of Business Analysts through solution definition and/or requirements elaboration phases

  Able to customize and educate customers on the software development approach including project milestones, phases, elements, and forming project teams existing as well as identification of new engagements
