BUSINESS PROCESS COORDINATOR

Reporting directly to the BUSINESS PROCESS LEAD for the DF Barnes, the BUSINESS PROCESS COORDINATOR’s main responsibility is to prepare accurate and timely payroll and invoicing information through maintenance of the timesheets and personnel reports, supporting our ongoing operations in Long Harbour at the Vale Processing Plant. The incumbent performs analyses and makes recommendations to their supervisor.

Main Duties:

  • Collects, reviews, keys and makes adjustments to timesheets
  • Maintains spreadsheets for banked time and vacations
  • Prepares weekly reports for employee numbers and hours
  • Oversees and analyzes overall costs on various jobs
  • Ensures all employee entrance/exit procedures regarding pay are completed
  • Adds and maintains employee information in SYSPRO
  • Responds to questions from management and staff regarding payroll administration
  • Assists with other duties as required

Requirements:

· Strong PC skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite Excel and Word

· ACCPAC/SYSPRO experience is a definite asset

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Strong prioritizing and multitasking abilities with attention to detail

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
