Cannabis Supply Co. is blazing a new trail! We are converting our 8 locations from medical cannabis clinic / cannabis accessory stores to recreation cannabis dispensaries. We have a longstanding positive relationship within the community and have been waiting for this opportunity since 2016.

Responsibilities:

• To work collaboratively with the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the retail store and provide direction to all staff on the sales floor
• Greet customers and provide the information and education they require to ensue they have a positive experience that will emphasize brand awareness and provide quality customer care
• Demonstrate in depth knowledge of cannabis and the accessories we sell
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and high energy to meet team goals and sales targets
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, assessment and decision-making skills
• Comply with all company and government mandated policies & procedures and legislation
• Participate in and comply with all training requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of our customers
• Operate the POS terminal and demonstrate aptitude for cashier related duties
• Assist in the all daily operations of the store in a team-oriented approach, which includes opening and closing, general house keeping etc…
• Be accountable for the safety and security for products, customers and co-workers while on shift

Requirements:

• Proven success in offering outstanding customer service, retail experience is an asset
• Must be 19 years old as specified by Ontario government
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
• Must provide CannSell certification
• Must provide current (within 3 months) Criminal background check
• Preference will be given to those with a post secondary education and experience

Hours of work include 10 hr shifts, averaged over a two week pay period. Alternating weekends are required.
