At OCR, we are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Client Services Manager. We are seeking someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, organized and detail-oriented. Our Muskoka-based, province-wide company working in the travel industry is seeking a person to complete our team. Responsibilities:

• Communicating with current and prospective clients
• Explaining contract specifics and expectations
• Writing property descriptions, conducting pricing analyses
• Understanding and promoting company programs
• Property visits with colleagues/staff members to evaluate properties and provide suggestions on improvements
• Tight communication with management through reports including activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans
• Communicating with clients based on their needs and expectations
• Keeping up-to-date records of client communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
