Synertree is a fintech startup aiming to provide financial management solutions to businesses & investors. We are hiring for a Co-op or Intern Assistant with the energy and professionalism.
This position's experience will be invaluable to those looking to enter the financial & technology industries. The position may be funded by the "Digital Skills for Youth Program".
Job Summary
Responsible for Executive Assistance, Customer Support, and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the prospects about the technical specifications of the software offered by the company
- Advises customers on the use of software and recommends appropriate service solutions
- Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects
- Assist with customer onboarding
- Provide information and support after product signup
- Construct sales & marketing presentations
- Demonstrate product features before a sale
- Help customers maximize the use of software features
Requirements:
- Intern or Co-op
- Interest in the financial & technology industries
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
