About the Opportunity:

Edward Fuels, a Division of McDougall Energy, is looking for a driven, results-focused, and highly organized individual as a Corporate Retail Site Manager at our Seaforth Shell in Seaforth, Ontario.

Reporting to the Area Supervisor of Corporate Retail, the Corporate Retail Site Manager is responsible for the overall management of retail site operations. This includes ensuring consistent company culture, goals, and objectives are met and continually striving to improve.

Your key responsibilities:

• Responsible for all activities at the site, including daily operation of gas bar and convenience store
• Responsible to ensure site’s adherence to policies and procedures including customer service, safety, government, and fuel regulations and guidelines
• Responsible for maximizing the sales and profitability of the store by monitoring and achieving volume, sales, labour and controllable site expenses
• Responsible for ensuring all company controls, processes, standards and procedures are implemented and adhered to
• Responsible for staff training and compliance with program offers

About you:

• 2 years’ experience in retail management
• Post-secondary education an asset
• Strong customer service and merchandising skills
• Strong organizations and prioritization skills; committed to deadlines
• Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail; able to manage large volumes of data
• Computer proficiency and demonstrated knowledge of spreadsheet applications; ability to use a POS software platform as asset
• Demonstrated success in living the values of McDougall Energy
• Strong understanding of Privacy and Confidentiality in the workplace
