Responsibilities:

Reaching out or responding to inbound/outbound calls from potential customers.

Processing applications for multiple personal lending products.

Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities

Implementing key strategies to drive growth as well as demonstrating exemplary customer service standards and a high level of energy to exceed goals.

Reading and understanding credit bureau reports and maintaining a high level of personal lending product knowledge.

Maintaining awareness of company policies and procedures, federal / provincial laws and providing guidance to other team members to ensure compliance.

Actively marketing and selling lending products and services and demonstrating strong collaborative skills within a team environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma

Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion to facilitate good business decisions.

Strong product knowledge and drive for results.

Ability to multi-task.

Strong time management skills.

Sense of urgency in meeting or exceeding application processing goals.

Exceptional communication with team member and customers.

High level of energy to deliver strong results.

Preferred Requirements:

2 or more years’ experience in inside sales, customer service, retail, or call center environment.

Basic understanding of credit or personal finance concepts.
