As a Customer Care Associate you will be managing your entity of Maintenance and Protection Plans. You will be closely involved (by phone/email) working with every single clients and assisting them for booking their maintenance and tune ups for the heating and cooling season.
At this role you will have the opportunity to bring new ideas and apply them to your approach to increase your conversions with bookings of the maintenance programs.
As a Customer Care Associate you will be responsible for the following:
- Call existing clients to arrange their preventative maintenance for Heating and Cooling season
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Work closely with Service manager and Dispatcher to schedule the bookings
- Provide customer with information on Preventative Maintenance plans
- Provide reporting and recommendation on bettering maintenance program for future bookings
The compensation of this role will have the following structure:
- Annual salary + Commission on each product and services booked for yearly maintenance
Requirements
- Customer Service related work experience would be beneficial
- Comfortable providing Customer Service over the phone
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required (Excel & Office)
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Being able to work with Internal CRM system (training will be provided)
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
