Acceo Retail is looking to hire a Customer Experience Specialist for it’s Business Unit. Reporting to the Director of Sales, The chosen candidate must be experienced in Retail Solutions and is able to speak comfortably with clients and internally and have proven client relation building skills. The chosen candidate must be an ambassador for the Retail Division and its products.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Meet with targeted customers on a regular basis to inquire about their satisfaction with their product and our organisation
- Identify and proactively address potential customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and success
- Provide training and ongoing education to customers and internal resources on best practices for using their software
- Gather customer feedback and use it to drive continuous improvement in the software and customer experience
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, sales and support to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and success metrics to senior leadership
- Assist with sales demo
- Prepare referenced and training documents and other training material
- In order to provide excellent service to our customer, learn software modules as required
- Organise and lead Quarterly Business Reviews as required

We are looking for an individual with substantial experience in the following areas:
- Customer service and care experience.
- Empathetic and a good communication skill at all levels.
- A friendly and reassuring voice even when tackling difficult questions.
- Vast experience with Retail Solutions, including implementation and training.
- Ability to summarize client issues and communicate efficiently with internal Managers or management.
- Enjoys working with clients and problem solutions.
Bonus points if you have:- If you have project management experience.
- Knowledge of Retail 1 software and Retail 1 clients.
- Have more than 10 years experience.
- Have worked at implementing and training Retail software.
- Are passionate about client’s excellence and client experience.
- Strong customer-focus and service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to consult with customers’ onsite and remotely at the executive level, and at the business operation and technical levels.
- Ability to accomplish results working through others.
- Hands on, individual contributor and collaborative team player.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel up to 75%
- Minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree or relevant post graduate experience
- Minimum seven (7) plus years of relevant Healthcare IT work experience
