This position is a work onsite position.
We are growing our team of Customer Service Advisors. This is a great opportunity for you to build an Esclation Advisor career.
What will you do in this role?
As a Customer Service Advisor on the Automotive Delivery Team at Concentrix, you will:
- Resolve technical issues
- Fix billing problems
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided: with emphasis on demonstrating caring and empathy while taking ownership of each situation to provide first contact resolution
- Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences
Who You Are:
As Customer Service Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:
- Minimum 1 year customer service
- Completion of High School or equivalent to
- Ability to work FT Mon-Fri 8am-8pm
- Background clearance etc.
- Pass a language assessment, typing test, internet speed test, Language assessment, multitasking and navigation.
- Strong work ethic
