TalentWorld is recruiting a receptionist for a client working in the chain saw and portable outdoor power equipment distribution sector in Quebec City.
Responsibilities as a receptionist:
- Reception responsibilities include answering phones, handling customers and taking orders messages
- Entering credit notes and other customer transactions into the system
- Managing shipping issues and follow up with customers
- Creating customer files and track them in the system
- Responding to inquiries regarding invoices and account statements
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
- Performing others related duties
Must Have Skills for the receptionist position:
- Any study program in management (sales, administration, commerce)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French English (Bilingualism)
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is required
- Ability to make customer satisfaction a top priority
- Demonstrate a good management of priorities and stress
- High standards of professionalism: organized, rigorous, proactive, autonomous and versatile
Job details:
- Job Type: Full time with an average of 20-35 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day shift)
- Salary: $20 per Hour
- Location: Quebec city
