What You'll Do:

• Process alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally in stressful situations
• Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way and notify subscribers
• Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks

What We're Looking for?:

• Our ideal candidate is bilingual in French and English
• Must have a completed high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience providing excellent customer service preferred
• Ability to stay calm in a very fast past environment with high pressure situations
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal record check
• Candidates MUST reside and be legally authorized to work in Canada
