The Aurum Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate must have previous customer service experience. The primary responsibility of the Customer Solutions Coordinator is to ensure all customer inquires are handled thoroughly, thoughtfully and in a timely manner.

Essential Job Functions:
- Answer customer inquires that may vary from timing to pricing and problem solving
- Be the first to contact point
- Answer and transferring calls
- Provide white glove service
- Contacting dental offices for in house cases
- Training customers on using the Customer Portal
Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service experiences a must
- Exceptional time management skills
- Dental background is an asset
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
