RI Bellerive is a growing company of comfort and orthopedic footwear, seeking to hire a talented Customer Service Representative. Duties include inbound calls; advising customers regarding product recommendations and order/return status; email correspondence to answer customer inquiries; order taking.
Responsibilities:
- Duties include high volume inbound emails and chat sessions advising customers regarding product recommendations and order/return status; email correspondence to answer customer inquiries.
- Strong written and verbal skills a must as well as the ability to multi-task.
- Previous Email/Chat Center experience preferred.
- Must have great communication/presentation skills and work well with others.
- Strong writing, communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and talent for learning new things quickly.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional prioritization skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
