The Customer Service Specialist/Parts Coordinator is responsible for a wide range duties for the branch. This position requires flexibility to work in multiple departments. The successful candidate must be professional and courteous at all times.

Responsibility:

• Welcome on-site customers and visitors
• Promptly answer phone and e-mail communication in a friendly and courteous manner
• Coordinate and process customer payments
• Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner at all time
• Receive all incoming goods verifying quantities received against quantities shipped on packing slips, store supplies according to a pre-arranged system
• Other duties as assigned.

Accountability:

• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly manner at all times.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
• Report any Safety Incidents, Accidents or Near Misses immediately; abide by our Health and Safety Program.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Valid Class 5 Drivers license
• Clean Drivers Abstract and be bondable
• High School Diploma
• Proficient use of various office based software including Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and time management skills required
• Flexibility and willingness to assist other departments
• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Previous experience working in the automotive industry is considered an asset
• Occasional Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
