Role Title: Student Experience Advisor
Reports to: General Manager
- This is a permanent F/T work from home role.
- A continental shift will be shared with your colleagues.
- Working hours are 9-7 or 9-5 on weekdays and occasional weekend hours.
- Starting Pay is $18.00/hr + 4% vacation pay.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to new and existing customer enquiries via inbound telephone calls and emails.
- Access call records and diligently answer and return all enquiries.
- Maintain accurate and timely reports required by Management.
- Relay procedural and course information to customers.
- Follow up on missed calls and complete new sign-ups.
- Email current and interested customers.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS
Our Student Experience Advisor should:
- Maintain a home office.
- Have previous telemarketing or related customer service experience.
- Security Guard knowledge or experience an asset.
- Have excellent spoken and written English.
- Be comfortable with basic website, email and spreadsheet operations.
- Be extremely self disciplined and organized.
- Be comfortable with inbound and outbound calling.
- Demonstrate patience with customers who may be ESL or new Canadians.
- Troubleshoot customer questions and challenges.
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Our candidate will work from home on a full time basis and must maintain: working mobile phone, high speed internet and computer.
