We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fleet Compliance Supervisor for our Ontario operations based out of Mississauga, Ontario.

Reporting to the Vice President, this role is responsible for:

· Supervising and providing day to day support to all areas of the business for any fleet related inquiry or request;

· Supervising and assisting in creating, editing and managing all regulatory documentation including vehicle and operator information;

· Overseeing and supporting the Fleet Compliance Coordinator and technicians, line managers and administrators with off-season documentation;

· Supervising and assisting in compiling monthly reports to be supplied to MTO;

· Supervising, assisting and compiling any files for accidents that are affecting our CVOR and follow up on any incidents that occurred on the CVOR from all contract areas;

· Supervise and assist in filing and organizing documentations as well as other duties as assigned.

The Successful candidate must have:

· High school diploma or equivalent;

· Supervisory experience is required;

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;

· Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills;

· Strong work ethic, be able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and be detail oriented, work outdoors if necessary;

· Strong working knowledge of NSC, Carrier Safety, CVOR, HTA and TDG legislation and regulations;

• Capable of multi-tasking and the ability to function in a dynamic environment with changing priorities;
• Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable, high energy and self-motivated.

This is a non-union, salaried position. Compensation and benefits will be based on the experience of the successful candidate.
