Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Quality Assurance, the Data and Compliance Analyst will support the team in technical aspects by helping with data collection, compliance monitoring, and organizational development related to funding, program administration, and governance.
Responsibilities
Data Collection and Analysis
· Develop internal systems for collecting program and participant data, e.g. online forms for frontline staff on SharePoint, SalesForce, or similar systems
· Implement and train staff and management on the use of data collection systems, troubleshooting issues as necessary
· Maintain internal systems for tracking Blue Door’s contractual and compliance obligations, including deliverables and budgets in Blue Door’s funding agreements
· Develop data analysis processes for evaluating programs and program outcomes
· Analyze data for program reporting and development, as well as for researching broader trends within the housing and homelessness sector as necessary
Compliance Monitoring
· Review performance targets based on goals set by funders, senior leadership, and other stakeholders and compare with collected performance data
· Conduct quality assurance activities through internal reporting and audits
· Support supervisor to review legal and policy compliance
· Prepare and communicate compliance findings in presentation format for supervisor
· Communicate reporting outcomes through dashboard, infographics, and other media
· Support management with completing financial and performance reports to funders
Organizational Development
· Support supervisor with development and implementation of new quality standards based on industry best practices, including relevant sector accreditation processes
· Support supervisor with developing training materials to ensure compliance, e.g. a summary of relevant Finance and Administration Policy requirements for managers
· Liaise with partner organizations to ensure compliance with finance and performance targets set by partnership agreements, including the collection, review, and discussion of reports sent by partners
· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
· Post-secondary degree with educational experience in data analysis, policy and program development, business, or a related field
· Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
· Proficient in Microsoft Office required
· Proficient in data analysis software preferred
· Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Project an asset
· The ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
· Demonstrated strong organizational and written communication skills.
· Flexible and adaptable.
· Proven effective interpersonal skills.
· Valid Driver’s license, reliable vehicle and insurance as necessary
· CPR and First Aid Certified, on-site training available after hire
· Vulnerable Sector Screening – police check, required after hire
