Then this is the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This long-term contract / temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the North York, Ontario area.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
• Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources
• Search websites for information
• Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
• Survey reports and sheets of data
• Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
• Create notes of tasks, files, and progress
• Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated typing accuracy
• Proven knowledge of data entry
• Microsoft Excel experience highly desired
• Well-founded grasp of typing over 60 words per minute
• Command of PO
• Supply Chain Logistics experience desired
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred
