We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute packages promptly to our customers. The successful candidate will represent the company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary:

The Delivery Driver for KMR Delivery Services is reliable, customer-focused and energetic with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency. The successful candidate possesses good planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and must be adaptable within a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. The Delivery Driver is responsible for collecting, transporting and safely delivering a range of items to their designated locations, ensure that all orders are delivered on time, in the right condition and to the right place.

The Delivery Driver for KMR Delivery Services reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes using a company appointed vehicle
• Follow routes and strict time schedules
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a company provided delivery vehicle
• Complete necessary logs and reports
• During downtime, completes a number of various projects as directed by management, including maintaining general shop and common area cleanliness; completing regular grounds maintenance when required; and performing a number of end-of-day tasks to ensure that the facility is tidy and in working order, ready for the next day

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Courier Driver is preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to operate a vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• High school diploma required

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Negotiable, Benefits included (Life, Health, Dental, Long-Term disability insurance included).
