You love to smile and enjoy talking to customers, ensuring they have a great experience. You enjoy a fast pace and work well with a small team. You smoothly sail through stressful moments and strive to produce positive customer experiences. You have your own vehicle and enjoy driving.

What will your Delivery Driver / Customer Service responsibilities be?

• Work with the team ensuring orders are delivered hot and on time using your own vehicle.
• Collect card and cash payments as required.
• Assist in taking orders over the phone and from walk-in traffic and enter into the point-of-sale system
• Manage orders from all online ordering platforms
• Ensure every order is delivered accurately to our customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
• Stock coolers and monitor front of the house inventory
• Assist cooks in kitchen tasks as needed
• Participate in restaurant cleaning and closure procedures when required

Requirements

• Experience working in a restaurant or other fast paced jobs
• A passion for excellent customer experience
• Willingness to take direction, learn and expand your knowledge, as well as grow as an individual
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Fluent in English
• Drivers License and own vehicle
