Digital & Social Media Marketing Coordinator Job at Insight Studio
Primary Responsibilities
The Digital & Social Media Marketing Coordinator will play an essential role within the agency. This position acts as the primary day-to-day contact for their assigned portfolio of clients. This person works closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and Director of Client Services to provide support with the creation and implementation of digital marketing and social media strategies, tactics, content, campaigns for clients, and other duties as assigned
As the coordinator, this position will:
- Consult with assigned clients to understand their business objectives related to digital marketing, social media and content
- Contribute to digital marketing strategies for clients;
- Conduct research to support the development of websites, marketing plans, social media strategies and digital marketing strategies;
- Conduct analysis and preparing regular reports for social media, web and digital clients;
- Conduct SEO research and provide recommendations for maximum impact;
- Manage advertising campaigns through a variety of online platforms (Google, YouTube, Amazon, IG, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Contribute to the research and development of social media and content marketing strategies, tactics and campaigns, as assigned.
- Write social media and digital content that is aligned with the social media strategy for each assigned client, and manage through internal and client approvals
- Contribute to the development of creative briefs by consulting with client and translating their client needs into actionable insights and deliverables
- Contribute to the development of project estimates, timelines and associated activities
- Support the implementation of social media and content marketing plans through coordination of such things as meeting with clients, services of subcontractors, advertising buys, boosting, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting etc.
- Enter and maintain project information, including accurate time tracking, into the agency workflow tool, so that estimates, tasks and deadlines are accurate and up-to-date at all times
- Work closely with the full Insight team to coordinate materials for approval and client feedback
