Dishwasher Job at Hilton Garden Inn - Toronto/ Brampton West
Duties and Accountabilities:
- Operate an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans dishes, glassware and cutlery
- Ensure the kitchen colleagues have the dishes/silverware required and guests have clean dishes
- Hand wash all large kitchen prep pots and pans
- Return pots and dishes to appropriate areas
- Cleans dishes and utensils using approved products and procedures
- Cleans all common areas
- Sweep and mop floors and remove waste, food waste and recycling as required
- Sort, stack and store all delivery items when it is received
- Maintains product storage in a safe and efficient manner for use (by shelf dates)
- Maintains food safety and follows food safe procedures
- Maintains high quality of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in designated work area
- Must have basic knowledge of Work Safe and chemical product handling procedures
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends & Holidays
