Dough Maker - WEEKEND SHIFT

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a part-time Dough Maker to make our fresh and amazingly delicious dough! This is a critical role in our Pizzerias as our dough is made fresh every day and is what makes our customers raving fans!

Accountabilities

• Become a dough master
• Accurately follow our dough recipe, carefully measuring out each ingredient
• Mix all necessary ingredients and operate a large kitchen dough mixer
• Cut and accurately measure each dough ball based on our size standards
• Roll each dough ball using our Topper’s techniques
• Carefully monitor dough proofing
• Down-stack all proofed dough balls ensuring they are all covered

Qualifications

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills
• Manual dexterity
• Basic mathematical skills for measuring ingredients and weigh dough
• Capable of lifting 25lbs
• Able to work on your feet for long periods of time
• Able to operate kitchen equipment
