*While this position offers lots of scheduling flexibilty in many respects, it does require Sunday hours between Sept. and June (but not in the summer months)

We are seeking a seasoned childhood educator to execute best practices in children's programs, as part of a collaborative, therapeutic team. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience with:
- Program management (staffing, models and and communications)
- Staff development
- Program design
- Outdoor programming
- Parent communications
- Neurodivergence
- Finding creative solutions to set every child up for success
