CUSTOMER SERVICE & FIELD TECHNICIAN - ENROLL
Reporting to the Enroll Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for overdelivering on the internal and external customer experience at our service locations. The ideal candidate will possess the technical acumen and the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. If you're able to think quickly on your feet, have a go-getter attitude, possess great communication skills, and have a passion for adventure, then we want you on the team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work with the Operations Manager to get materials prepared for site kick-offs and on-site.
· Be the main contact (phone & email) for customers needing assistance with the app, chargers or vehicles
· Travel to and from sites to handle any customer requests or concerns
· Assist with transporting vehicles between sites as needed
· Work with backend software to review customer applications and assist with any technical complications
QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent customer service skills
· Experience and knowledge of electric vehicles
· Strong written and communications skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
· Knowledge of construction practices, standards and associated practices
· Interest in environmental sustainability and green technology
- Ability to travel as needed
- No driving related suspensions or revocation of Driver License (within a 3-5year period)
· Proficient with Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other analytical software
