Key Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Inc., a member of Key Auto Group, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Financial Services Manager. We will consider full time as well as someone looking for part time hours.

We are seeking an individual who has excellent communication skills, extensive customer service knowledge, is detail oriented and upholds high ethical standards to work closely with our Sales and Management Team. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the customer to arrange financing, finalize purchases and present extended warranty services and other owner protection programs during completion of the sales contract.
- Establishing and maintaining a strong working relationship with lenders and financial institutions and working to understand their lending procedures.
- Explaining all pertinent details to Customers before signatures and ensuring they know when payments are due and what penalties they face when late.
- Ensuring all paperwork is signed, sealed and delivered to the appropriate departments and outside vendors.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Training and mentorship is available for the right candidate.
- Preference will be given to applicants with previous sales and management experience within the financial services or automotive industries.
- Customer focused with the ability to establish rapport and collect and assess information based on customer needs.
- Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills resulting in the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to comfortably sell products (warranty, vehicle care and servicing and after market add-ons).
- Criminal record clearance and a valid Class 5 Drivers License are required.
