Inspiration Learning Center has a Math and English teacher role opening for those who wants to work part-time in a rewarding teaching environment. Candidates must possess a strong passion for seeing students succeed and be comfortable teaching students ranging from Grade 1 to Grade 12.

Job Summary

• Teach students Math G1-12, Ontario curriculum, Singapore math grade 1-8
• Textbook and teaching support are provided.
• Small class size, usually 2 – 4 students or 1-1 private class.
• Students may have just a little English knowledge in fundamental class.
• Students ages from 6 to 18 but might be younger or older.
• 30 minutes, 1 hour or 90 minutes, or 2 hours per class.
• Flexible schedule, usually lessons will be set up in the early morning and/or evening due to time zone differences.
• Familiar with Ontario high school G1-8 or G9-12 curriculum

A great candidate for this position will possess the following:

• A bachelor's degree with a major in Math, science or math-related.
• Ontario certified teacher preferred.
• Two years or more of teaching experience is preferred.

• Lively, vibrant, and engaging teaching styles are preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
