JOB DESCRIPTION

That’s no small feat, which can only be achieved by our dedicated staff, and currently, DFC is looked to add fuel truck drivers to its team!

JOB DUTIES

As a member of our fleet, you will be responsible for:

- B-train petroleum hauling
- Operating an automatic truck
- Loading and unloading at a dedicated Mississauga terminal
- Loading and unloading at a dedicated Montreal terminal
- Conducting daily vehicle inspections and accurately completing related documentation
- Presenting yourself as a professional driver representing DFC on every trip
- Ad hoc duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must:
- Have at least (2) years of verified driving experience; petroleum experience an asset
- Provide a current resume, CVOR, driver’s abstract, and criminal record check; all information current within thirty (30) days
- Flexible to work weekends and/or holidays; only as necessary
- Enjoy working outdoors with minimal to no supervision

IF SUCCESSFUL
The successful candidate will participate in in-class safety training as well complete a virtual multiple choice assessment administered by our partners. Upon successful completion of both requirements, the candidate will then participate in our Ride Along training program, where the candidate will be accompanied by one of our trained professional fuel truck drivers for at least ten (10) trips.

Salary: $1,800.00-$2,000.00 per week
