OBJECTIVE

Reporting to the plant manager, the specialized worker is responsible for the production line of personalized skates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grind the hard ends;
• Aligning skate blades;
• Installation of soles;
• Batching;
• Production/Preparation;
• Moulding/preparation of moulds;
• Inspection and packaging;

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Manual dexterity (accuracy and attention to detail);
• Resistance to pressure
• Speed of execution;
• Distinguish colors;
• Good memory;
• Ability to write, read and count;
• Ability to learn quickly;
• High physical effort;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Lifting loads (0-25 lbs) 20 times +;
• Overall training time for all tasks 45 days;
• Working hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm;
