We are currently seeking Scaffolders for our Kingston, Ontario location. We offer development for our new employees. We will train and develop your scaffolding knowledge and skills. We are seeking individuals who can collectively work with a team, but are motivated to work independently as well. The minimum job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Scaffolding work such as:
Determining job requirements, contribute to the planning/configuring and erecting scaffolding. Establishing platforms and safety measures and dismantling and upon job completion.
– Assist in identifying hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair; to ensure compliance with agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety.
– Carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract/agreed requirements and time constraints.
– Ensure compliance to agreed codes, legislation standards and procedures including health and safety.
– Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work.
– Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organization and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager
– Adherence to all organization policies and procedures in addition to requisite knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the trade
– Maintain friendly, approachable character with your Team and all Customer interactions
– Attentive to detail and Time Management
– Work independently with minimum supervision using intuition, patience and problem solving.
–Any required Personal Protective Equipment will be provided. You are responsible for ensuring that the equipment you use is always maintained and safe.
You will be eligible for pay increases based on your demonstrated skill and ability.
