What you’ll do:

As the leader of the food store, you will be responsible for merchandising, financial management, and overall store management. This includes:

• Engage and interact with guests to create an exceptional guest experience – in person and on the telephone
• Ensure merchandise is adequately displayed, stocked, and rotated
• Ensure orders are received properly, piece counts are conducted, and claims are processed
• Effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of the reporting team members including recruitment and selection and learning and development
• Budget, administer and be responsible for the sales, margins, expenses, inventory and sales per employee hour
• Ensure maintenance on all equipment is completed according to schedule; follow all Health and Safety practices and regulations
• Lead the team to ensure engagement of team members, including meeting all Talent Management and Corporate Performance Management deadlines

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

• You have a high school diploma

• You have 1-3 years related experience in a food store or similar store setting with some Supervisory or Leadership Experience.
