Position Summary:

Our London office team is seeking a keen and enthusiastic individual who would like to gain experience and knowledge through hands-on learning in a Junior Travel Advisor/Planning Assistance role. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our public tour division by becoming knowledgeable on our tour products; booking tours, insurance and other travel arrangements for clients; and assisting our experienced Group Planning team. Through our Travel Leaders Network Affiliation and training opportunities, global network contacts and memberships, as well as our prestigious Air Canada Circle of Excellence Standing, we provide unique value as both a travel agency and tour operator and lots of room for opportunity for the right candidate who is wanting to begin or grow their career along with us.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellence in customer service and people skills, as well as resourceful administrative skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy, detail and compliance
• Passion for travel
• Tech saavy, comfort with new and changing technology
• High level of integrity, sense of accountability, and professionalism
• Post-secondary diploma (Travel & Tourism diploma or education an asset)
• TICO Certificate (certification can be completed following hire as part of the training process)
