Handyman Maintenance Job at Larlyn Property Management
Larlyn Property Management is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Handyman Maintenance to support our Southwestern Ontario portfolio. This position is based at our office in London, ON.
Daily general maintenance tasks may include:
- Outside maintenance work like around any home
- Dry Wall patching and installation including taping, mudding and sanding
- Painting including correct wall preparation
- Fence, Deck, Gate, Railings, Stairs repairs and construction
- Build walls and partitions
- Assemble furniture, desks, credenza, chairs, etc.
- Install, clean, repair eaves troughs, down spouts
- Trouble shoot leaks, rattles, whines, hums, and other noises to determine source and problem
- Basic Heating and Cooling system maintenance and repair
- Performs general clean up of facilities.
This can be a full-time position, or we also are looking for part-timer individuals who are on call. Paperwork is simple but needs accuracy.
Must have own vehicle and tools to be eligible for this opportunity.
